1. The Service

Light Sniper provides tools intended to help users interact with web pages more efficiently. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when practical.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to lawfully enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

3. Licenses, payments, and activation

• Access to paid features may require purchasing a license or subscription as described at checkout.
• License keys and activation mechanisms are issued to prevent unauthorized sharing. You may not circumvent, reverse engineer, or misuse activation or device limits.
• Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge is in error, contact support promptly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of applicable law
• Harass, harm, or interfere with others or with the integrity of third-party services
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share license keys except as expressly permitted
• Use the Service to access or automate third-party services in a way that violates their rules

5. Third-party services (including Discord)

The Service may interact with third-party websites and applications (for example Discord). Your use of those platforms remains governed solely by your agreements with those platforms. We are not endorsed by or affiliated with Discord or other third parties unless we say so explicitly.

Automation and assisted clicking may conflict with third-party terms, community rules, or server policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with rules that apply to you. We are not responsible for enforcement actions taken by third parties (including account restrictions or bans).

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, and content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY WEBSITE UPDATE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR, IF NO FEES APPLY, ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100)).

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or need to do so for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and updating the effective date. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example via the website). Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where your local law requires otherwise. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
